TREAD

The Tread+Lift class is available in 45, 55, or 75-minute formats, seamlessly combine treadmill and floor exercises for a comprehensive workout. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, you'll target your lower body, while Tuesdays and Thursdays focus on upper body strength. Weekends are dedicated to full-body conditioning, ensuring a balanced and effective training regimen.

Meet the co-founder

Life can be a whirlwind. Meet Latisha, affectionately known as Tish, a San Diego native who turns challenges into triumphs. As a mom, wife, and business owner, Tish has faced it all. In the fitness world, she’s competed in CrossFit competitions, taken on the amateur boxing ring, and tackled numerous races, including Spartans, and has embraced the cycling life.

Tish embodies resilience and expertise. Beyond her certifications, she’s a mentor, dedicated to empowering others to reach their fitness goals. Her classes are known for their high energy and supportive atmosphere, where every participant is encouraged to push their limits.

Tish’s passion for fitness extends beyond the gym. She’s an advocate for mental health and wellness, often incorporating mindfulness practices into her training sessions. With her, fitness isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about fostering a healthy mind and spirit.
